How much beef should I expect to get?
A whole beef should yield about 400-500lbs of beef and soup bones.
A half beef should. yield between 200-300lbs of beef and soup bones.

There are many great local butchers in our area. Before it’s time to process your steer we recommend that you call various places and see if they are the right fit for you.

Get to know your beef
Our steers enjoy a life of pasture grazing, ensuring a natural and stress-free environment. For the final four to six months, we supplement their diet with hay and grain to achieve the optimal marbling and flavor you expect.
How much freezer space will I need?
A whole cow will take up approximately 16-20 cubic feet of freezer space.
A half cow will take up approximately 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space.
